Pastor Alicia Arseneau has been part of Praise Church her entire life and is honored to serve as Lead Pastor. She completed her seminary education in 2026, earning a Master of Arts in Practical Theology, and has spent more than 31 years leading worship and serving in ministry.

Alicia has been married to her husband John for nearly 28 years. Together they have four children and four grandchildren. John faithfully serves alongside her as a leader and support within the ministry, sharing a heart for the church and its mission. In addition to serving as pastor, Alicia continues to lead the church’s Youth Group ministry, where she has invested in the lives of young people for more than 20 years.

A worshipper at heart, Alicia is passionate about God’s presence, the truth of His Word, and seeing lives transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit. Her desire is to help people grow in their relationship with Jesus, walking in their God-given purpose, as they live lives that bring God’s praise.
